Keanu Reeves Is Such A Gentleman, also known as Celebrity at a Barbershop Copypasta refers to a series of parody copypasta stories that typically start out as a surprise encounter that an excited fan had with a celebrity, but end with something absurdist or nonsensical. The most common variation ends with the celebrity breast-feeding the person's crying niece in the middle of the barbershop: "He breast fed her right there in the middle of the barbershop. Chill guy, really nice about it."
Origin
On December 12th, 2010, a post was made to 4chan[1] that read:
When I was younger, maybe junior high, I got roped into watching my 3 month old niece while my sister got her hair done. So when there i am, sitting in the waiting area of a hair salon with my niece and who walks in but Keanu Reeves.
I was nervous as fuck, and just kept looking at him, as he read a magazine and waited, but didn't know what to say. Pretty soon though my niece started crying, and I'm trying to quiet her down because I didn't want her to bother Keanu, but she wouldn't stop. Pretty soon he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through her hair and asking what was wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry or something. So, Keanu put down his magazine, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breast fed her right there in the middle of a hair salon. Chill guy, really nice about it.
A screenshot of this was posted on the /r/funny[2] subreddit the same day, gaining 1,237 upvotes and 371 comments prior to being archived.
Spread
Over the next few years, the copypasta would occasionally make its appearances on various blogs[3] and forums,[4] as well as AskReddit threads.[5] Redditor /u/LiterallyKesha posted the pasta[6] to the subreddit /r/copypasta on March 19th, 2013. The pasta however gained a resurgence on July 30th, 2018 when Redditor /u/Wuxuzz posted a variation, replacing Keanu Reeves with Kanye West, on the subreddit /r/Kanye:[7]

He breast fed her right there in the middle of the hair salon. Chill guy, really nice about it. Would let him breast feed my niece again.
