Knock Knock is a 2015 erotic thriller film about a married man who is tortured by two women after engaging with them in a threesome. Following the film's release in October 2015, various quotes from the film gained much notoriety on 4chan's /tv/ (television & film) board, including lines from a memorable scene in which actor Keanu Reeves delivers an impassioned monologue to his captors.

Origin

On May 21st, 2015, the official trailer for Knock Knock was released. In the film,the character Evan Webber (played by Keanu Reeves) is tortured by two women after engaging in a threesome with them.

That day, an anonymous 4chan user posted a screenshot from the trailer to the /tv/^[1] board, lamenting that he will never be visited by two young women who wish to torture him (shown below). In the thread, various commenters quoted the line "chocolate with sprinkles" from trailer.

Also on May 21st, 2015, Redditor indian22 submitted the trailer to the /r/movies^[2] subreddit, where the top commented referred to "chocolate with sprinkes" as "the movie line of 2015." The following day, YouTuber BlackBulletFilms uploaded a remix of the "chocolate with sprinkles" clip from the trailer (shown below).

On October 9th, the film Knock Knock was released in the United States. Following the film's release, many of the lines uttered by Webber were frequently posted on 4chan's /tv/ board, including "It was free pizza!", "You f**ked me!" and "chocolate with sprinkles." While tied to a chair, Webber delivers an impassioned speech against his captors after discovering that they wish to kill him. The day after the film's release, YouTuber hellorion uploaded a scene in which Reeves delivers an impassioned speech after discovering his captors wish to kill him (shown below, left). On October 13th, YouTuber Wastechester uploaded a montage of clips from the film featuring Reeves (shown below, right).
