Literally Any Conventionally Attractive Woman, Hear Me Out, Guys is an exploitable image macro meme in which a man is depicted pointing backward at a conventionally attractive woman in the background and saying, "Hear me out, guys." The meme format was originally posted to X / Twitter in early 2023 and inspired photoshops and redraws over the following months.

Origin

On January 26th, 2023, X^[1] user @fourunderscore posted a meme depicting a man in the foreground pointing behind him at a woman labeled "conventionally attractive woman," the man saying, "hear me out guys…" garnering over 2,900 likes in a year (shown below). The post was made in response to another post by @shmaplos, who wrote, "there is no 'hear me out' on actually attractive characters please use it for ugly monsters again."

On March 26th, X^[2] user @NightFawnArt posted a nearly identical meme drawn in a less-crude style, with the woman labeled, "literally any conventionally attractive woman," garnering over 116,000 likes and 9,600 reposts in a year (shown below). This would become the more prevalent version of the meme going forward.

Spread

The meme gained viral spread and inspired photoshops, redraws and other variants over the following months. On May 21st, 2023, X^[3] user @RedLightning420 reposted the meme, writing, "Reply with your 'Hear me out,'" garnering over 67,000 likes and 3,500 reposts in a year.

On May 22nd, X^[4] user @TheCrowArtiste quote-reposted the meme with an edit showing the man throwing a bomb at the woman, garnering over 10,000 likes in a year. On May 23rd, X^[5] user @bbpnz213 posted an animated version of the bomb meme where the woman deflects the bomb, garnering over 15,000 likes in the same span of time (shown below).

On September 13th, 2023, the original meme was posted to the subreddit /r/196,^[6] garnering over 5,200 upvotes in 10 months.

On May 5th, 2024, a version of the meme about the way women view conventionally attractive men was posted to /r/coaxedintoasnafu,^[7] garnering over 4,900 upvotes in two months (shown below, left). On June 1st, a version of the meme was posted to /r/bonehurtingjuice^[8] that garnered over 11,000 upvotes in a month (shown below, right).

On June 4th, a version of the meme was posted to /r/HistoryMemes,^[9] garnering over 19,000 upvotes in a month (shown below).
