While the reaction image does not appear to have been screenshotted from this upload, the photo was likely taken during the filming of this video, which gathered over 600,000 likes in two years (seen below).

The earliest known use of the reaction image featuring Megan The Stallion was a reply by X^[2] user @ArieticalLih to a Khloe Kardashian post on February 3rd, 2021, gathering over 60,000 likes in two years (seen below).
