Most People Who Make Fun Of NFTs is a snowclone that developed in parody of a tweet from software developer Greg Isenberg, who stated that "most people who make fun of NFTs" have never participated in the owning or minting of NFTs. The tweet was parodied by people saying that most people who make fun of humorous practices have never participated in that practice.

On September 26th, 2021, Twitter user @GregIsenberg[1] tweeted:
Most people who make fun of NFTs
- Own zero NFTs
- Have never minted an NFT
- Have never participated in a community
- Have never staked their NFT
- Haven’t built on-top of an NFT project
- Have never earned an NFT playing a game
- Missed out on BAYC, Punks, Cool Cats etc.
The tweet (shown below) was heavily ratio'd, racking up 3,100 quote tweets compared to 112 retweets in two days.
Spread
The tweet was quickly parodied by Twitter users as a snowclone, changing the word "NFTs" in the original tweet to a humorous activity. For example, user @kylealden[2] tweeted a parody using Tide Pods, gaining over 820 retweets and 4,000 likes (shown below, left). User @jimpjorps[3] tweeted an example using multi-level marketing schemes, gaining over 330 retweets and 3,500 likes (shown below, right).
