About

Narco Playtime or Narco Football, also known as Decapitated Soccer, is a viral cartel execution video in which two different victims are shown, already dead, and a more brutal and calloused look at the cartel is on display. The shock media became infamous online in the early 2020s for the cartel members decapitating someone and then passing the head across the floor as if it were a soccer ball, with references and memes to the gore clip surfacing on numerous social media sites.

Origin

On February 14th, 2021, the video was first uploaded to the gore website Goretube in which two individual bodies can be seen. The video, sometimes named "Narco Football," takes place in a similar tile floor stage to another cartel execution, Funkytown, although it was uploaded years later.

The video opens with a cartel member holding a heart in his hand, presumably pulled out of the future decapitation victim, with a small chunk of his chest visibly missing. The person holding the heart squeezes it to make it beat once in his hand, while he and the other members laugh about it.

After getting footage of the heart beating, the camera pans over to the victim as his head is then detached from his body in about 30 seconds. The cameraman proceeds to call for the head to be pushed over to him, prompting him to then say "pelota" (meaning "ball"), as he and another member kick the head back and forth using the insides of their feet as one would pass a soccer ball. A red streak trail follows behind the head, with other members calling for it to be passed to them.

After this segment, a cleaning crew can be seen starting to dispose of the blood while the head is picked up and slapped a couple of times by one of the members. The head is moved off-camera while the camera shifts towards a different body, which is clearly deceased. The body has its right arm lifted up and then cut off at the arm pit, being severed in another 15 seconds and tossed to the side. As the camera pans around to show the destruction, one of the members then picks up the arm, setting it on the ground at the elbow, and simulates doing an arm wrestle match with it, much to the laughter of surrounding members.
