Oo Ee A E A or Oo A E O A E O A E O A E O A refers to a viral original sound on TikTok where a Turkish kid vocalizes a beat in the style of the game Friday Night Funkin'. The audio was uploaded to TikTok in October 2021 and went viral as an original sound. It was reuploaded a variety of times, becoming popularized among English-speaking TikTokers in 2022 as a goofy ahh sound.
Origin
On October 7th, 2021, TikToker[1] @dr.krex, a Friday Night Funkin' fan as evidenced by their previous posts, posted a video of several audio messages where they vocalize a song in the style of the game at various speeds, gaining over 5.5 million views in five months (shown below).

That same day the TikToker[2][3] uploaded two more versions of the video playing back the sounds at different playback speeds, gaining over 5.2 million and 300,000 views respectively in five months (shown below, left and right).

The original sound for the first upload by @dr.krex became popular among Turkish TikTokers, inspiring over 12,000 videos by March 2022 including lip dubs and memes (examples shown below, left and right).

On December 19th, Arabic TikToker[4] @_xcv._0 reuploaded the sound under a video of the K-Pop group Stray Kids, gaining over 3.8 million views in three months. The sound became popularized among TikTokers across regions, inspiring over 56,000 videos in the same span of time. On February 17th, 2022, TikToker[5] @deandreee posted a lip dub to the sound, gaining over 20 million views in a month (shown below).

On February 18th, YouTuber[9] AUGH uploaded an isolated clip of the sound effect, gaining over 100,000 views in a month (shown below).
On February 21st, TikToker[6] @rehin.1 posted an original sound consisting of someone saying, "If someone says shut up, say," followed by the vocalization, gaining over 3.5 million views in a month. The original sound inspired over 11,000 videos in the same span of time, mostly lip-dub skits (notable examples shown below).[7][8]
