About
Noor Bin Ladin is the Swiss-born niece of Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind behind the September 11th, 2001 Attacks, who attracted public attention for being an outspoken supporter of President Trump and a possible believer in QAnon.
History
Bin Ladin is the daughter of Swiss author Carmen Dufour and Yeslam bin Ladin, an older half-brother of Osama Bin Laden.[1] She was born in 1988 and was raised in Switzerland. It is unclear what, if any, contact she had with Osama prior to the September 11th attacks, which occurred when she was 14. She maintained a low presence both online and in public for most of her adult life until September 5th, 2020, when the New York Post[1] published an interview with her in which she voiced her support for Donald Trump and criticized American leftist figures such as Ilhan Omar. Though Swiss, she told the Post she considers herself an "American at heart."
Online Presence
Though Bin Ladin has a Twitter account that was created in 2010, her extant tweets begin in 2019.[2] She regularly tweets in favor of conservative figures such as Tucker Carlson (example shown below, left) and has used "#Qanon" on posts in which she is in MAGA gear[3] (shown below, right). As of October 2020, she has over 20,000 Twitter followers.

Since her New York Post interview, she has appeared in the news several times. On September 11th, 2020, she posted a statement professing her love for American despite her family ties to 9/11.[4] On October 8th, she published an article in Spectator[5] where she claimed she had received more hate for being a Trump supporter than for being related to Osama Bin Laden. A screenshot from an interview she did with Tucker Carlson about the topic was posted to Twitter by user @ndrew_lawrence,[7] gaining over 6,600 retweets and 60,000 likes (shown below).

Since entering the public eye, her pro-Trump tweets have been criticized on the basis she is related to Osama Bin Laden. For example, on October 21st, 2020, she tweeted criticism of Ilhan Omar, saying "Ilhan Omar says she 'loves' America. Gee, I wonder what hating America looks like then."[6] This led to jokes about how Noor was related to a man who famously hated America (examples shown below).
