About

Incel Tech or Incel.tech is a website on which users can upload an image of anyone's face and receive a face structure analysis on a variety of facial features, including canthal tilt, mouth-to-nose ratio and more, to determine whether or not the facial features meet the ideal measurements of attractiveness using physiognomy as discussed in looksmaxxing and incel communities. The site was launched on April 2nd, 2024, by vers and Lukas Podcast and was funded by the cryptocurrency Incel Coin.

History

On April 2nd, 2024, X[1] / Twitter user and podcast host @versandlukas, aka vers and Lukas Podcast, made a post announcing the launch of incel.tech,[2] a website that allows users to upload photographs of anyone's face, regardless of gender, for a facial structure analysis. The analysis returns the photo with an analysis of 11 unique facial ratios and measurements to determine ideal attractiveness as discussed in incel and looksmaxxing communities, listing the ideal measurements for each measured section next to the actual measurements and grading them. In the post, @versandlukas provides an example where he ran a photo of Joe Biden through the application (shown below).

Introducing the latest advancement in incel technology. Upload a picture and get a complete face structure analysis, try and share your result, the tool runs on your browser privately offline. This project was funded by INCEL COIN, contract address: GACL2mEL9BR4baJBbYWfNKa5mxBYXRdU4ZthedKcVkx1. Thank you INCEL COIN.

Features

According to vers and Lukas Podcast, the tool runs in your browser "privately" and "offline," implying it does not take any data from users who might upload their own photos to the tool. Vers and Lukas podcast also insists the tool works on men and women, as well as animals.[3][4]

Incel.tech analyzes the following 11 facial features: Midface ratio, facial width to height ratio, chin to philtrum ratio, canthal tilt, mouth to nose ratio, bigonial width, lip ratio, eye separation ratio, eye to mouth angle, lower third height, palpebral fissure length.

Online Presence

Following the release of the tool, X / Twitter users began sharing the results of running various photographs through it. On April 2nd, 2024, X[5] user @VERYCOOLLUKEY posted the results of running Sydney Sweeney's face through the tool, writing, "Sydney Sweeney just got proven scientifically mid," garnering over 700 likes in under a day (shown below, left).

On the same day, X[6] user and content creator Justin Whang posted his results, writing, "The only one of these I’ve heard of is canthal tilt, so I’m satisfied," garnering over 600 likes in under a day (shown below, right).

in reply to Cordelius

The only "pushing against the idea of artificial beauty standards" that actually went mainstream was the fat acceptance movement, and only for women. For everyone other than fat women, the standards only got tighter due to the rise of dating apps and instagram/tiktok.
