On December 10th, 2019, the YouTube[1] channel @buff-academy uploaded a video titled "Do This Exercise for Only 7 MINUTES Every Day." The post (shown below) features a thumbnail of fitness influencer Vadym Cavalera doing a push-up and flexing his muscles, paired with the Spanish text "Solo 7 Minutos" (English: "Only 7 Minutes"). The video garnered 13 million views and 519,000 likes in four years.

About a year later, on October 8th, 2020, Memedroid[2] user @memes_delcel posted the thumbnail accompanied by the text in Spanish "When they ask you how long a Sony game without cinematics lasts." The post (shown below) garnered 237 reactions in two and a half years.
On May 18th, 2022, Memedroid[3] user @Sebas_22 posted a version of the meme commenting about a Doctor Strange movie scene. The post (shown below) is accompanied by the caption "When they ask you how long the Illuminati lasted in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" and received 194 reactions in one year.
