About

Sora AI Olympic Games or Sora 2 Olympics refers to a series of AI-generated videos produced with OpenAI's Sora 2 tool that imagines various Olympic events and games, often generated to be as offensive as possible. Some viral examples include a "dishwashing event" and depictions of the "Fat Olympics" and the "Women's Olympics." The AI trend began in early October 2025, shortly after the release of Sora 2, with Instagram user krazy.ai, garnering viral spread that month to sites including X / Twitter and Facebook.

Origin

On October 6th, 2025, Instagram[1] account krazy.ai posted a video generated with Sora 2, imagining dishwashing as an Olympic event in the year 2067. The post gained over 199 million views and 7.4 million likes in four days.

On October 7th, the same Instagram[2] account posted another AI-generated video of a non-existent event, carpet vacuuming. The caption reads, "Women’s Olympics 2067: Who Can Vacuum the Carpet Faster!" The post gained over 25 million views and 400,000 likes in three days.

Spread

The trend of absurd and offensive Olympic games being generated by Sora 2 spread over the following days in early October 2025, particularly on X / Twitter.

On October 8th, 2025, X[3] user @DrClownPhD posted a video imagining the "Fat Olympics," showing overweight men pole vaulting, garnering over 1.5 million views and 19,000 likes in two days.

On October 9th, X[4] user @WeedPorns posted a video of a marijuana smoking Olympic event, where competitors have to smoke a gram of marijuana as fast as possible, garnering over 2,700 likes and 211,000 views in a day. That same day, X[5] user @MyLordBebo reposted the dishwashing video, gaining over 100,000 likes and 7.3 million views in a day.

That same day, X[6] user @Alphafox78 posted an AI-generated video of a money-counting Olympic event, garnering over 25,000 likes and 6 million views in a day.
