Spit on Your Hand and Stroke My Cock at a Medium Pace, continued Play with My Balls and Tell Me how Big They Are, refers to the sped-up TikTok version of Adam Sandler's song "At a Medium Pace," which was originally recorded in 1993. In late 2022, the sped-up and high-pitched version trended as a TikTok sound and meme likened to the voice of Alvin from Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Origin
On September 28th, 1993, Warner Records released Adam Sandler's comedy music album They're All Gonna Laugh At You![1] The 14th track on the album was titled "At a Medium Pace" (YouTube upload shown below, left). On October 14th, 2007, YouTuber[5] stoneralvin then uploaded a video titled, "Alvin and the Chipmunks sing At A Medium Pace FUNNIEST EVER!" This specific remixed variant is the first known high-pitched version of the track to appear online. Over the course of 15 years, the video received roughly 130,400 views and 600 likes (shown below, right).

On March 28th, 2022, YouTuber[6] burgern uploaded a new Alvin and the Chipmunks version of the song, making it high-pitched and speeding it up. YouTuber burgern's version also started at the song's second verse, "Spit on your hand and stroke my cock at a medium pace …" Over the course of seven months, the video received roughly 47,100 views and 2,800 likes (shown below).
On September 5th, 2022, TikToker[2] bigmaninthehousse reposted YouTuber burgern's video to the platform, gaining roughly 1.7 million plays and 183,500 likes in one month (shown below, left). The video inspired viral usage of its sound,[3] which amassed roughly 35,300 videos in a one-month span. Most of the viral iterations surfaced in mid-October 2022. For instance, on October 12th, 2022, TikToker[4] drake.burden posted a video that showed his mother reacting to the song as he played it in a restaurant, gaining roughly 2.1 million plays and 446,400 likes in 15 days (shown below, right).
