About

Attaway General are a YouTube drama series which follow the stories of four teens as they start their volunteer program at Attaway General Hospital. Created by BRAT TV and starring prominent TikTok influencers, the show has been reviewed by several prominent YouTubers, most notably Cr1tikal.

History

On May 20th, 2020, episode one "TV's" of the YouTube[1] weekly drama series "Attaway General" premiered. The first episode received over 5.4 million views in one month (shown below).



The series follow the stories of teenagers Georgia, Rosie, Holden and Kit as they join the volunteer program at Attaway General Hospital. The quartet of the main characters is portrayed by prominent TikTok influencers Dixie D'Amelio, Lauren Kettering, Eric Montanez and Gabby Morrison.

As of June 26th, 2020, a total of 8-to-10 minute long six episodes of the series were produced.

Reception

On YouTube, the episodes of the show maintain high like-to-dislike ratio; however, on IMDb[2] the show has an average user rating of 1 out of 5 based on over 440 user votes.

On June 17th, YouTuber[3] Cr1tikal posted a video titled "Tik Tok Influencers Just Made The Worst Show Ever" in which he commented on the clips from the show and heavily criticised its quality and actor performaces. The video received over 2.1 million views in one week (shown below).



On June 19th and 24th, Cr1tikal posted[4][5] more videos in which he watched and commented on the show's episodes (shown below, right). The videos received over 1.3 million and 830,100 views in one week, respectively.
