About

Lethal Company is a co-op survival-horror game that puts you and your friends as employees of "The Company," which finances lunar expeditions to collect scrap metal from abandoned industrial structures. Players must complete demands from "The Company" under the threat of being "fired", which, in short, means being exterminated. The game was released in October 2023 and quickly became one of Steam's most popular survival-horror games in 2023.

History

On October 8th, 2022, independent developer Zeekerss released an announcement trailer for their upcoming survival-horror game "Lethal Company." The video[1] (shown below, left) describes the game as a "co-op horror roguelike about an abandoned, industrial moon," which amassed over 19,000 views and 698 likes in a year. On August 1st, 2023, an official trailer[2] from the game was released (shown below, right), amassing 205,000 views and 3,300 likes in four months.

An early access version of the game was officially released on October 23rd, 2023, on Steam[3].

Online Reactions

You should mention how everyone keeps saying that this game turns people into professional voice actors.
I personally like how some of the YT clips have the "dialogue" in the video as their title, as well as how they make use of the Thousand Yard Stare image.
