About
Then I Walk In refers to a catchphrase and meme trend based on a series of comments left by model and looksmaxxer Alexander the Great (alexanderthegreat025), also known as the Then I Walk In Guy, on numerous videos in which he posted a selfie in the comments section along with a boisterous caption celebrating his looks, including the most notable caption, "Then I walk in."
The comments began to go viral on TikTok in late September and early October 2026 and received criticism from TikTokers regarding the user's looks, with many finding the posts cringeworthy. As the comments garnered virality, TikTokers began referencing them in other comment sections, often by posting their own selfie or reposting Alexander's selfie and writing the caption, "Then I walk in." Some also used the selfie as an exploitable format, editing the original with different visual changes.
