The earliest known appearance of this meme is a screenshot of a Twitter post dated February 20th, 2020, made by the now-suspended account @IamAFelon.^[1] The photograph is completed by two captions: the first, covering the woman's head, says "These hoes tryna distract me"; the second, in the bottom left corner, says "Me tryna find a way to get The bag", an expression which means: "to become rich".

The earliest derivative version of this meme is a Facebook post from February 21st, 2020^[1], with the bottom label replaced to fit a car engineering context.
