About
This Jit Cracks Birds is an AAVE catchphrase originally from a two-panel Instagram Hood Irony meme, using the George Bush Learning About 9/11 format in the top half with an Impact font caption reading, "Your bih just laid four eggs," and Star Trek character Jean-Luc Picard (played by actor Patrick Stewart) in the Annoyed Picard format in the bottom half with a caption reading, "This jit cracks birds." The slang term "jit" comes from Florida and loosely means a young person. "Bih" is a shortening of the word "bitch," meaning someone's female partner in context. "Cracks" means to have intercourse.
The original meme was made by Instagram users @limpbizkitfan2010 and @junt_master_steezin in 2025. The meme became a prominent exploitable in the latter half of the year, as creators recaptioned the template or added the catchphrase to other meme templates. A prevalent iteration riffed on the Insert Cheesy Bread shirt, instead reading, "This jit cracks birds" with a red arrow pointing up at the wearer.
