This is the earliest known meme using the image and caption together in this way. The image is sourced from a video by Reality Kings.

So what posted a version of the meme using a similar image of Rachel Roxxx, photoshopped reacting to the Lord of the Rings trilogy, gaining around 14 shares in eight months (shown below). This is the earliest known version of the meme.
