Winnie the Pooh Reading refers to a screenshot reaction image from the animation Winnie the Pooh featuring Pooh Bear reading a piece of paper and looking perplexed.

Origin

On December 1st, 2012, Sweetleafx posted the first known still of Pooh reading to Deviant Art[2] (shown below).



Spread

The image soon became a What The Fuck Am I Reading Reaction Image. On October 10th, 2013, Fark user Grandemadaca[1] commented using the reaction image (shown below, left). On August 12th, 2013, NecroHunter7 posted the image as a reaction to the caption on Deviant Art[3] (shown below, right).

On February 3rd, 2016, an anonymous user posted another caption reaction image to Imgur (shown below, left). On August 18th, 2017, University of Limerick[4] used pictures of Pooh reading on Twitter with the release of the class timetable (shown below, right).
