On November 30th, 2018, self-described furry artist @TravelerBun tweeted an illustration of Kanga with hair, citing @shepherd_0821's image as inspiration (shown below).

To start off, you probably need a title a little less juvenile than "Sexy Kanga". I think simply naming it "Kanga" would be enough. If you're specifically referring to the Kanga with a head of hair, then "Kanga with Hair" or "Haired Kanga" could work as well.
