Your Motherfucking Life Ends 30 Minutes From Now refers to an exploitable image from Pop Team Epic. The original still shows the character Popuko standing with a sledgehammer over a cuckoo clock, saying the titular line to the bird in the clock. The still has been altered to feature numerous characters and objects since it first appeared in 2014.

Origin

The original comic is season 3, episode 9 of Pop Team Epic,^[1] which appeared on Manga Life Win. It features Popuko seeing a cuckoo clock and thinking "How cute," before getting violently angry and holding a sledgehammer over the clock, saying "Your motherfucking life ends 30 minutes from now" (shown below, left). An English fan translation was posted to Tumblr page sirlorence^[2] on November 6th, 2014 (shown below, right).

The strip was adapted in the anime of the comic as well (shown below).

The panel has been used as an exploitable in the years since the comic was first published, with users subbing in various characters and objects into the strip. On March 23rd, 2018, Tumblr user omegaozone^[3] posted a My Little Pony edit, gaining over 620 notes (shown below, left). On January 22nd, 2019, Redditor whyisnarutosolong posted a Doriyah edit to /r/SmashBrosUltimate,^[4] gaining over 710 points (shown below, right).

Other popular edits include a variation by Twitter user M0NSTERJUICE_^[5] that used Frieza from Dragon Ball that gained over 1,400 retweets and 3,600 likes (shown below, left) and a variation by Twitter user cigardoesart^[6] featuring Cuphead and Sans that gained over 2,600 retweets and 9,900 likes (shown below, right).
