As expected from Elon Musk's now completed purchase of Twitter, there have been a lot of layoffs so far.

Apparently knowing that this was going to happen, two guys who live near the Twitter headquarters decided to go out walking around with boxes of props, baiting and trolling the surrounding journalists to ask them about their status.

After saying that they were fired developers and holding up Michelle Obama's 2018 book Becoming for dramatic effect, the duo supplied their names as "Rahul Ligma" and "Daniel Johnson," which the media ran with (yes, that ligma).

It didn't take long before people noticed, however, and began posting about the troll job pulled off by the two, with many creating their own jokes at the situation and acting unhinged about the information as it spread throughout the day.

However, it appears that more than just the media were "got" by the two, with others unironically posting their glee that someone they believed was a Michelle Obama-supporting Twitter dev got fired.
