I wonder if this really is a lawsuit or does he just want attention? Because lately with all the plotlines, characters and whatnot in the new universe people are almost to the stage where they don't care about his characters being gone anymore or at least can read on happily without them.
I certainly miss several echidnas, the potential for a Sonic Chronicles arc and several others but I'm happily reading the comic without them.
