Most likely because they had to put something in there after they ve already changed Lazwald's character in the t string Odin's insertion is another reminder of discontinuity in the conversations not being fixed properly There are various other lines that were altered or cut to change their interactions and character. For example, Selena doesn't show her less rough side of her character, every mention of it has been cut out or altered in the localization, embarrassment and bashfulness seem to be a target for alteration for whatever reason. Selena in the localization sounds like she's angry with him just pestering other girls and hurting their feelings (Selena: I don't care what your intentions are! It's not your intentions that matter. It's how the other person feels. Do you get it yet?), while in the original, she's angry because she's giving them attention instead of her, which is what is implied in the original (and later on in the next support conversations).
