Selena in the localization sounds like she's angry with him just pestering other girls and hurting their feelings (Selena: I don't care what your intentions are! It's not your intentions that matter. It's how the other person feels. Do you get it yet?), while in the original, she's angry because she's giving them attention instead of her, which is what is implied in the original (and later on in the next support conversations).
