As cosmic horrors are unknowable beings, they could be dabbing at any time at any place. An innumerable amount of dabs far beyond our meager human understanding.

They can dab across the stars, into depths that none can reach. That we can only assume they don't dab shows how much of a failure of a species we are compared to their greatness.
