So when a Black person attacks an Asian peron, the encounter is fueled perhaps by racism, but very specifically by white supremacy. White supremacy does not require a white person to perpetuate it.

Meaning that Blacks committed 27.1% of violence towards Asians.
They had the majority of cases in 2018 despite them being a minority of the population. we have a word for that in the english lexicon but i cant quite seem to put my finger on it.
