Happyroadkill - Gosh mickey, 2024 is getting closer!

I mean it's not like it'll be Mickey as a whole to become public domain, only those specific movies (ie, Steamboat Willie) and the specific characters in them will be. Meaning the only thing in public domain will be the black and white early design of Mickey, basically something Mickey hasn't been since the 40s.

Also, public domain is not death, as represented here – it's life. It's freedom.
