When you say, "These people lie outside of humanity and they deserve anything that happens to them," you are guaranteeing people with power will shove their victims into that category. That doesn't mean pacifism. It doesn't mean that individual abusers and fascist movement ought to only be stopped "civilly" or through debate. It does mean that "exterminate all the brutes" will follow existing power dynamics like water flows downhill, and the people least able to defend themselves will be the ones targeted.
