In the full video the argument hbomberguy makes is that nobody in their right mind would buy a home in a flooded place, so the market for people who live there to "sell their homes and move somewhere else" is non-existent.

And even if it did exist, the value of their property is way too small to even make a down payment on a new home because of the risk associated with the flooding.

I don't see eye-to-eye on everything hbomberguy says, but this is pretty spot on.

The sad part is there really is nothing that can be done about it, other than, you know, acknowledging Climate Change is a real thing that exists and doing something to stop (or at the very least delay) it
