The scene is from season 3, episode 7 of Invincible titled, "What Have I Done?" It's the final scene in the episode as it sets up the arrival of Conquest on Earth.
Basically, Conquest had to come to Earth to straighten Mark out and bring the planet under control. What that entails is gruesome.
In the scene, Conquest is seen floating above Invincible. He announces, "Stand ready for my arrival, worm," demeaning Mark's status in the Viltrum Empire and as a half-breed since his father is a Viltrumite but his mother is human.
Conquest's quote is also a prominent moment in the original Invincible comic series. The panel occurs in Issue #61, which was published in April 2009.
