This is just a question, but is the damsel in distress (bondage, tied up/bound and gagged) thing really made as an official fetish/Internet paraphilia? It's not that I'm curious about it, but I just want to know.
I'd call it a specific subset of bondage, more than anything. Everyone who is into DID is into bondage, but not everyone who is into bondage is into DID.
