About
Atake Loli or Ataque Loli is a catchphrase that translates to "Loli" attack" used in a series of memes, including webcomic redraws and videos. Regarding the former, popularized in 2021, the phrase is used in redraws of a comic by My Imagination and I in which a loli character tackles another character after yelling the catchphrase. Regarding the latter, popularized in late 2023 and throughout 2024, the phrase is yelled in a shrill voice as an exploitable audio clip and used in meme videos that often feature the subject of the Gougar meme pouncing toward the viewer.
Origin
On an unknown date as early as April 30th, 2017, the Mi Imaginación y Yo Facebook[1][2] page posted a webcomic featuring original characters in which a boy teases a short girl by setting her up for a kiss despite her being too short to reach his lips. She walks away angrily, then tackles the boy, yelling, "loli attack!" and then kisses him once he's on the ground (shown below).
The comic gained an unknown number of interactions and was seemingly removed from the Facebook page at a later date. The comic was voiced over by YouTuber[3] Arlesmon on August 13th, 2020, marking the earliest known reupload.
Spread
The comic became the subject of redraws over the following years. For example, on February 6th, 2021, a version referencing Godzilla vs. Kong created by now-deleted Instagram user oscar_o_oo was posted to the subreddit /r/MAAU[4] that garnered around 80 upvotes in three years (shown below).
On April 11th, YouTuber[5] Meme Ball Superposting posted a voiceover of a redraw of the comic originally by VicQuartz[6] referencing Dragon Ball, garnering over 300,000 views in three years (shown below, left). On April 22nd, the same YouTuber[7] posted another version of the meme, garnering over 280,000 views in the same span of time (shown below, right).

The original sound was used over 11,000 times in the next eight months, inspiring further memes using the gougar in conjunction with the audio. On February 14th, 2024, YouTuber[9] Kareto posted a video based on the audio that gained over 139,000 views in six months (shown below).
For example, on August 14th, 2024, TikToker[10] @sproutie_janice posted an edit that gained over 100,000 views in six days (shown below, left). On August 15th, TikToker[11] @pageofhilariousmemes posted an edit that gained over 1.9 million views in five days (shown below, right).
