Buff Helpy, is a photoshoped version of the character Helpy from FNAF. He derives of the head of Helpy on a stock image of a buff body, hence the name.

Origin

On December 16, 2019 a popular FNAF Youtuber, Dawko tweeted "i want more fnaf memes, give them to me know", referring to his series "FNAF Meme Review" which only had 1 episode in the series at the time.

Sometime during the time the tweet was up, a user by the name of thomineas_ replied to the tweet with the image of Buff Helpy attached.

(The creator was suspended from Twitter at an unknown time so the original tweet is now lost media but heres a reply to the tweet: reply.)

About an hour after thomineas_ replied to Dawko's tweet, Dawko started recording his second FNAF Meme Review video &, a day later he uploaded the video on December 17, 2019
