The top comment, made on August 20th, asks, "why is everyone saying Doja Cat said to use this sound to manifest 3,1111 dollars?" The poster responds, "Idk I’m confused I don’t think she did," and, "I always make videos like this so I think it was a rumor from my video 😳😂."
