On November 5th, 2023, Doja Cat posted a series of videos to her Instagram.^[4] That same day, the videos were taken and uploaded to X by the account @popbase^[1] with the caption that it's Doja Cat's new Instagram stories, receiving over 65 million views in one day and featuring many comments complaining about the quirky or strange behavior and some claiming drug usage (shown below).

The following day, culture reporter and X account @TheJuicePop^[2] uploaded what they claimed to be a part of a recent Instagram Live from Doja Cat. In the clip uploaded, Doja Cat can be seen quickly using a hand towel dispenser in a bathroom before balling up all the paper and stuffing it into her mouth before spitting it out. She then talks to two off-screen people who are singing, declaring that she hates the sound of their voices. This video reignited the previous night's conversations relating to Doja and a potential drug use issue, among other reactions (shown below).

Later in the night on November 6th, 2023, the influencer reporter X account @DramaAlert^[3] uploaded a final video purportedly from Doja Cat's Instagram Live, this time with her whining while an offscreen person ponders if Doja Cat is acting like a baby. The caption for the video maintains the fan-speculated idea of drugs purportedly being involved, declaring that Doja Cat is now in her "tweaker phase," while some fans in the comments defended Doja Cat by claiming it's just promotional activity for her new album, which released in late September (shown below).
