Origin
On July 19th, 2023, X[1] user @equine__dentist posted an image of four pigs dancing, writing, "don’t invite me to the function unless this is the vibe," garnering over 180 likes in a 10 months (shown below). This is the earliest known use of the specific phrase as a meme.
Spread
The meme spread over the following months. On August 19th, 2023, iFunny[2] user wea8kbcfcc7756 posted a version of the meme that gained over 9,900 smiles in nine months.
