On February 8th, 2024, multiplayer video game Helldivers II was released. The game features a stratagem system, with players able to equip up to four abilities for a mission.

The single-use Eagle 500kg Bomb stratagem calls in a powerful singular explosive charge dropped at the selected location.^[1] The charge deals enormous damage to enemies and buildings within a small area (demonstration video shown below). The Eagle 500kg Bomb call-in sequence is Up, Right, Down, Down, Down.

On February 11th, 2024, Redditor BigOrganization posted the earliest discovered meme which featured the code, a With This Treasure I Summon… meme that received over 1,500 upvotes in /r/Helldivers on Reddit^[2] one month (shown below).
