Overview
Pregnant LeBron James AI Videos refers to AI-generated male pregnancy videos of NBA player LeBron James that began appearing on platforms like Instagram and TikTok in early 2025. The most prominent example of this was uploaded by the @kingvsair Instagram and TikTok page in April 2025. The pregnant LeBron videos are part of a larger trend in which users upload absurd AI-generated videos of LeBron James, including videos that see him interact with other NBA players and Diddy. In July 2025, 404 Media reported that LeBron's legal team sent a cease and desist to the AI-generation platform FlickUp and their collaborator Interlink AI to have a frequently used LeBron James AI model removed from their platform, which was successful, causing them to spark online discourse.
Background
In early 2025, AI-generated brainrot videos about LeBron James became increasingly prevalent on sites like TikTok and Instagram Reels. The videos tend to feature LeBron in absurd and offensive situations.
On March 25th, 2025, 404 Media[1] published a piece titled "Brainrot' AI on Instagram Is Monetizing the Most Fucked Up Things You Can Imagine (and Lots You Can't)" in which they talk about just how many of these videos involve LeBron.
Some examples they list include a video of a "Steph Curry and LeBron James Ahegao Drakedom threesome" and a video where LeBron James and Diddy sexually assault Steph Curry in prison.
On April 19th, TikToker[2] @kingvsair posted an AI-generated video depicting LeBron James pregnant with James Harden's baby, garnering over 2.6 million views in three months. Presumably, this was also posted to their now-deleted Instagram page.

LeBron James' Cease-and-Desist Letter
On July 24th, 2025, 404 Media[3] published a report claiming that LeBron James' lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to the AI generation platform FlickUp to have an AI model of himself, made with the tool Interlink AI, removed from the platform. Purportedly, this model was used for some of the AI videos of LeBron.
The article, which includes a screenshot of the video by @kingvsair, also includes a quote from FlickUp founder Jason Stacks, who is quoted as saying:
"A couple weeks ago, we received a cease and desist letter from LeBron James' attorney about one of our creators, Interlink AI. In collaboration with Interlink, we had been promoting an AI model trained on LeBron James and a few other iconic basketball players. Within 30 minutes of receiving the cease and desist, we made the decision to remove all realistic people from Interlink AI's software. Generative AI is the 'wild west' when it comes to copyright & IP, but we're committed to being on the right side of that change.”
It is also claimed in the report that three Instagram accounts with "non-consensual" AI LeBron clips were removed from the platform, reading:
At least three Instagram accounts that had garnered millions of views on nonconsensual AI videos of James have been deleted by Instagram. When asked by 404 Media whether it had received a cease-and-desist letter from James, Meta refused to comment. The story quickly spread online. Most notably, on July 24th, X[4] user @TheDunkCentral posted about the story, garnering over 54,000 likes in a day.

Online Reactions
The news inspired reactions on social media, with some expressing concerns that the cease-and-desist caused a Streisand Effect and increased awareness of the videos in late July 2025.
For example, on July 24th, 2025, X[5] user @mvpbrown posted the LeBron pregnancy video, writing, "This is the video in question 😭😭," garnering over 129,000 likes and 8,400 reposts in a day.
That same day, X[6] user @JohnRichTV posted, "Does he not realize the beast he just awoken? Pregnant LeBron James are about to take over the internet," garnering over 850 likes in a day.

Also on July 24th, the news was posted to the /r/BrandNewSentence[7] subreddit, titled, "Lebron James has sent cease-and-desist letters to the AI company making pregnancy videos of him," garnering over 1,200 upvotes in a day.
On the same day, X[8] user @Jr74Ski posted an AI-generated image of LeBron with Diddy under the post by @TheDunkCentral, garnering over 540 likes in a day.
