About

Guy Chained To Cigarette is an exploitable meme template that uses an image of a man with his back turned and a smoking cigarette chained to his leg. The meme is typically used to depict one's personal addictions or vices. The image was originally a pictorial health warning on tobacco products on the island of Mauritius in the year 2008, but gained virality in March 2023 with people photoshopping their own vices in place of the cigarette.
