At the 12:38 timestamp, Blitzerz makes fun of a kid, telling him he sucks at the game. The kid responds, "You're playing on a controller with one million trillion aim assist, I can't do Nathan." Blitzerz responds, "You can't do Nathan? Who's Nathan?" Another player then laughs.

On August 25th, 2026, TikToker^[2] @therealzengu posted a video that places the audio over different Fortnite footage and adds a puking sound effect after the player laughs at Blitzerz's response to the kid, captioning the video, "Bro threw up mid laugh," garnering over 5.5 million views in two weeks.

On August 28th, Instagram^[3] user eternalrll posted a video using the puking version of the audio over Rocket League footage, gaining over 135,000 likes in two weeks.

On September 2nd, TikToker^[4] @therealpoocher posted an animation based on the audio clip, garnering over 127,000 views in six days.

On September 5th, TikToker^[5] @.name00123 posted a series of images set to the audio that feature the caption, "When he wants a nonchalant gf but I can't do Nathan," garnering over 1.1 million views in three days.

On September 6th, 2026, X^[6] user @LiterallyMeGuy posted, "I can’t do nathan," gaining over 7,300 likes in two days.
