I Used to Jerk Off to Angry Birds, also known as I Used to Tickle My Pickle to Angry Birds, refers to a story in which a user describes their sexual attraction to Angry Birds characters and masturbating to them, with the story ending by the user admitting that they continue to do it to that day. The fake story was posted to the /r/confessions subreddit in June 2022 and achieved popularity as a comment copypasta in late 2023.

Origin

On June 9th, 2022, Redditor Rexyhaha2 posted a fake story about being obsessed with birds from the Angry Birds franchise and masturbating to them. The post, titled "I used to jerk off to angry birds," gained over 300 upvotes in the /r/confessions^[1] subreddit before being archived.

Before July 13th, 2022, the TikTok account @redditbible posted a since-removed TikTok video based on the story. On July 13th, 2022, YouTube^[3] user slimclarence reuploaded it, gaining over 6,400 views in two years (shown below).

The copypasta did not see significant spread online until December 2023, when it achieved popularity as a spam comment on Instagram^[4]^[5] (example posts shown below).

The copypasta maintained popularity in the following months. For example, on February 27th, 2024, YouTube^[7] user taceboi posted a music remix of the copypasta which combined it with "Money Machine" by 100 gecs. The video (shown below) received over 18,600 views in three months.
