On July 28th, 2023, X^[1] user @everythingOOC posted a Psychologists Say meme referencing the post, garnering over 199,000 likes in three months (shown below). The tweet was posted to /r/Nonpoliticaltwitter^[2] that day, gaining over 6,000 upvotes in the same span of time.

On October 4th, 2023, X^[3] user @everythingOOC posted a censored version of the tweet in celebration of its third anniversary, garnering over 137,000 likes in a day. On the same day, X^[5] user @crime_tweets_ posted about the anniversary, garnering over 16,000 likes in the same span of time.

Kira, now going by @kirawontmiss, responded to the posts about his infamous tweet's third anniversary in a post to X^[6] that day, writing, "I wish y’all would let me forget this day" over an image of Batman, garnering over 117,000 likes in a day (shown below).
