Men with facial hair is a meme in which there are three celebrities with facial hair and one other person, generally that would catch the viewer by surprise. It parodies love-struck women online who post pictures of the "perfect man."

Origin and Spread
Originating on iFunny in late May 2016, it quickly spread throughout the app, becoming featured multiple times. There are currently many variations of the "Men with facial hair" meme, including Josef Stalin, Osama Bin Laden, etc. The original featured a picture of Adolf Hitler's mustache with three pictures of normal bearded men. On June 2nd, it was combined with the "Le monke" meme on Facebook, receiving over one thousand likes.
