Debo, also known as OBT from Vine or @killmefam on Twitter, is a former Viner and current alt-Twitter personality most known for his shitposting habits and enigmatic aesthetic. As of August 2021, Debo also streams on Twitch, as well as makes music on Soundcloud. He has had a notable online presence since 2014. He is also the creator of BrailledFOTW.
Online History
OBT on Vine
In June 2014, Debo began posting to Vine under the name OBT,[1] an abbreviation for "Osama Bin Turnt."[2] Debo posted his first Vine to the platform on June 14th, 2021, depicting a collage of sheep set to the song "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls (shown below).
OBT started to gain a following towards the end of 2014 going into 2015, mostly due to collaborations and connections with more notable Viners like Nick Colletti and Casey Frey. In October 2014, Colletti and Casey met up with Debo at his home in Virginia and the three collaborated on multiple vines (shown below).
By December 2015, OBT had roughly 73 million loops on Vine. He would post content on the platform until January 2017, before Vine shut down.
Move to Twitter
After Vine was shut down, OBT moved his following to Twitter. His account, @killmefam,[3] was started in 2014. His first tweet to receive viral attention was posted on September 9th, 2015, and is a repost of an OBT vine (shown below). Even though this tweet is the earliest on the account, some earlier tweets were deleted on an unknown date. Debo also had a different Twitter account that he promoted in an interview from December 2015.[2] However, this account was deactivated.[4]

As of August 2021, Debo has roughly 113,000 followers and 9,700 tweets on Twitter.[3]
Brailled: Fit Of The Week
In June 2018, Debo would start a side project on Twitter called @BrailledFOTW (Brailled: Fit Of The Week). The name is a play on words of the notable streetwear marketplace Grailed, which has been posting GrailFits since 2016.[5] @BrailledFOTW is an ironic take on the broader streetwear aesthetic following the comedic plot-point of blindness and tweeting in brail. Debo used the niche account to shitpost odd outfits paired with brail text (shown below). As of August 2021, the account has roughly 28,000 followers.
Debo would also launch a Soundcloud page underneath the name "BRAILLED" in 2019.[6] Debo showcased his DJ mixes on this account, creating strange soundscapes littered with meme and shitpost samples. As of August 2021, the account has roughly 1,000 followers and 18,000 plays on its most listened-to track.[7]
