History

On August 12th, 2021, Sabrina Brier uploaded her first video on TikTok^[1] with the username @sabrina.cinoman.brier. In the video, Brier is doing a POV about "the girl at Buffalo Exchange who is brutally rejecting all of your clothes." The video (shown below) received more than 25,000 plays and 1,000 likes in two years.

On September 8th, 2021, Brier posted a video about "that friend who just signed a horrible lease," which was her first content to garner over 1 million plays on TikTok^[2].

Online, Sabrina focuses her content on mocking and parodying the lifestyle of a New York City woman who is trying to escape her past and act as if she was born in the city. On October 18th, 2021, she uploaded a video^[3] (shown below. left) titled "That friend who lives on the 6th floor walk up," which received over 7 million plays and 873,000 likes in two years.

After that video, he suddenly became popular and many memes were made about him reacting to various life hack videos. On April 30th, 2021, Reddit user lolpollll^[4] uploaded an object-labeling meme about Khaby Lame watching life hack videos to the /r/memes subreddit. The post (shown below) received more than 172,000 upvotes in eight days. On April 9th, 2022, Brier posted a video about the "ultimate subway girl," which garnered over 4 million plays and 490,000 likes in a year.

On August 7th, 2023, Sabrina was featured in a video of @kylegordonisgreat^[8], creator of the Women Are My Favorite Guy meme. The video (shown below) garnered over 16 million views on Twitter and 66,300 likes in a day.
