Origin

In Season Nine Episode Five of Family Guy (titled "Baby You Knock Me Out")^[1], originally aired on November 14th, 2010, Lois Griffin is convinced to become a championship boxer, becoming successful in her pursuit. However, as she's about to retire, a champion boxer named Deirdre Jackson challenges her, and as part of her taunt, milks the breasts of Peter (Lois' husband) as if they're udders of a cow^[2].

Lois: "I'm retired, and that's the way it's gonna stay."
Deirdre: "Oh, yeah? [To Peter] Hey, man, you want a real woman? Why don't you bring your pretty Iittle self over to my apartment tonight, and I'II show you a real woman?"
Lois: "Hey, that's my husband you're talking to!"
Deirdre: "Yeah? Well, what are you gonna do about it? You gonna fight me? [To Peter] Get down on your hands and knees, fatty! Yeah!"
Peter: "Yes, sir!"
Deirdre: "Look at me, Griffin, I'm milking me a cow! Moo for me!"
