"Pony Sauce" is a series of YouTube videos that feature stillshots of people or characters in the same style as When I'm Bored, with Duck Sauce's[1] "Barbra Streisand" playing. While the series started with characters from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, it has since gained videos dealing with other characters.
Origin
on February 9, 2012, YouTube user "TwilightStocking"[2] uploaded the video "Pony Sauce", a selection of poses of Twilight Sparkle:
Within 5 days, 25 response videos[3] had been uploaded, and the original video had received 25,000+ views. While the video wasn't the first to use the song or title style, the previous video was a YTPMV that didn't use the slideshow style of visuals.
