I belive the main problem with grind and crunch culture is not so much the grind itself (because , go figures, the materium realm we call existance requires some hard work for one to thrive consistently) the main problem I belive its that is just too much people work themselves to death or work themselves into the ground, they center so much on it they end up forgetting what they even started grinding for.

I belive too much of anything can be bad(I mean I think good healt is the one thing you cannot have too much of , but that another discussion) and grind is no different, the grind, good work enviroment and a proper social life are not mutually exclusive y'know ?.
