Stupid Little Pimp Karen, also known as Resident Evil Village Karen or Bilbo Baggins Karen, is a viral video of an elderly red-headed English woman who was deemed a "Karen" for standing outside a man's car with her hands on the window, asking him what he's doing and then taking a swipe at him before calling him a "stupid little pimp" and telling him to "get away from here." The clip was posted to X, formerly Twitter, in November 2023 and went viral over the following days, inspiring memes, reactions and edits.

Origin

On November 11th, 2023, X^[1] user @bladeeluvr posted a video captioned "I don’t know what just happened" in which he records an older British woman peering into his car with her hands on his partially opened passenger-side window. She asks if she can borrow his phone to send a text. She then asks what he's doing sitting outside of his friend's house and he asks what she's doing. She claims she lives there and he responds, "You don't live here." She then asks, "What are you doing?" and the man in the car asks her to get her hands off his car.

He proceeds to lower his window further and she asks twice, "What are you doing?" The man tells her to go away as she takes a deep breath, then swipes her hand inside the car at him. He dodges her and she angrily says something unintelligible, leading into what sounds like, "to f-ing Zimbabwe, you stupid little pimp. Get away from here." She then storms away from the car. The post gained over 39,000 likes and 8,800 reposts in three days (shown below).

In the comments section of the post, the poster explains, "I tried to put the window up but the pushed it down, should’ve left it where it was." He also writes, "there is a part two but I got a bit angry so it will not see the light of day." He also claims that she "punched" his window, potentially before the recording started.^[2]

The video quickly inspired reactions and edits over the following hours and days as it went viral. For example, on November 11th, 2023, X^[3] user @LickshotLippy posted, "I don’t think you understand how scared I would’ve been. She looks like a witch," garnering over 11,000 likes in three days.

On November 12th, X^[4] user @bklynb4by reposted the video, writing, "resident evil village cutscenes:" garnering over 220,000 likes in two days. Later that day, the same X^[5] user posted an edit making the video resemble Resident Evil Village, garnering over 23,000 likes in two days (shown below).

On November 13th, eBaum's World^[6] published an article about the video. It was reposted to /r/TikTokCringe^[7] that day, garnering over 2,600 upvotes in a day. On the same day, TikToker^[8] @noahglenncarter posted a video lip dubbing to the audio of the Karen, garnering over 78,000 views in a day (shown below).
